The Base Camp keypad code in MW4 is 0024. It opens a locked shipping container in Stranded, the open sandbox mission set in North Korea (mission 10 of the campaign).
Where to find the Base Camp container in MW4
Right after you talk to Kal at Base Camp, cross the old bridge. The green container is just to the right of the blue-and-white radio tower.
On the tacmap, move the cursor until the on-screen coordinates read 644, 158.
How to solve the Base Camp note
The note on the door lists the previous codes, and each one is 6 higher than the last. The next code in the sequence is 0024.

Yellow supply crates near the Base Camp container
While you are in the area, these crates are close by:
- 644, 158: Top of the radio tower at Base Camp. Climb the ladder to the first platform, then use the red-and-white ledges and copper pipes to reach the top.
- 646, 149: inside the Cliff Near Base Camp container (code 0600).
- 639, 165: Down in the sewers. Follow the directions posted at each entrance to find the way through.
